COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Disponibile in fusti e bottiglie. Orange with ruby red reflections, this beer was created to warm winter and accompany in the spring. Brewed with organic raisins, orange peel and bitter hops to make this beer definitely not sweet. Balanced and easy to drink. Avaible bottle & cask. Dedicata ai Led Zeppelin! Dedicated to Led Zeppelin! Kashmir from Physical Graffiti, 1975: “Oh, pilot of the storm who leaves no trace, like thoughts inside a dream Heed the path that led me to that place, yellow desert stream My Shangri-La beneath the summer moon, I will return again Sure as the dust that floats high in June, when movin’ through Kashmir.”

Pours dark amber with golden hues. Nose has citrus, mint, pine tree and some nice barnyard smells. Taste is immediately sweet but gives way to great balance of sweet and bitterness. Mouthfeel is light and tangy. This is a unique and delicious beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap @ Karhisma Birroteca (Piedimonte Matese - Caserta, Italy). Clear rusty and deep orange, red and ruby. Not so big head, but frothy and generates loads of bubbles. Aroma is full of raisins, figs, candy fruit and red orange, but not cloying or annoying. Just some little herbal notes. Body is light to medium with a very balanced carbonation; the tongue fizzles pleasantly, alcohol note is light, elegant, with a bitterness that of orange like a Gran Marnier that last and harshes SO long like a very thin line under your palate. Malt is not so persistent, but in this beer isn’t a fault. Maybe, deserve a little more aging since it’s REALLY young (40 days after casked), anyway I like it as well. Kashmir moves away from the classic Xmas beers: it isn’t full of spice, overwhelmed in carbonation, but pairs as well with a good Panettone. Another original creation by Buskers team. Well done!

30/12/2011 750ml bottle.
