I think every brewery must be defined not only by its strongest beer but also by its weakest beer. Unfortunately, the latter is true. It has a golden hue. Foamy head. Maybe too foamy. Has a malty flavor which overpowers the rest of the rest of the beer. In addition the aftertaste is too bitter and dry. Im a fan of this brewery but not this beer. Id like to see them add brews with higher ABV s and other brews that challenge the palate.

San Antonio, TX - on tap at Busted Sandal tap room. Sparkling light golden, light eggshell white head. Hints of ginger and coriander in the aroma. A wit with a twist, the ginger adds a nice touch to the coriander, clove and lemon characteristics. Smooth mouthfeel, extremely refreshing in the Texas heat.

Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow color, white head. Aroma of citrus and light spice, not over the top. Taste is grapefruit and subtle banana. Nice enough.

On tap at the small brewery in San Antonio Appearance: light golden with a semi-durable near white head. flavor and aroma: Moderately complex aroma and flavor. Banana and clove evident but not overpowering. Feel: Near medium body. O: a better than average wit worth seeking out.
