2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
I think every brewery must be defined not only by its strongest beer but also by its weakest beer. Unfortunately, the latter is true. It has a golden hue. Foamy head. Maybe too foamy. Has a malty flavor which overpowers the rest of the rest of the beer. In addition the aftertaste is too bitter and dry. I’m a fan of this brewery but not this beer. I’d like to see them add brews with higher ABV’ s and other brews that challenge the palate.

Draft at the source. Cloudy yellow color, white head. Aroma of citrus and light spice, not over the top. Taste is grapefruit and subtle banana. Nice enough.
