   AROMA 3/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 6/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 12/20
Shain (47) - ISRAEL - AUG 28, 2014
Bottle 330ml, served cold. Pours light, clear, greenish-orange color, with a very short and very short lasting white foamy head and a lively carbonation. Aroma of cooked apples and sugar. Mouth feel is mostly watery to lightly creamy, quite light and smooth. Has a strong carbonation and is quite tickly. Taste is sweet, very slightly sour. Cooked apples, sour apples, slight winouss notes. Very basic, no much complexity of flavor. Light, crisp and refreshing, very sweet, but feel quite rounded thanks to the strong carbonation. Itís a very nice, high-quality carbonated apple soft drink that happens to have some alcohol - but not much of a cider. Expect it to be such and itís quite enjoyable for a hot summer day, or even a dinner-side drink.

Bottle. Clear golden color, apples aroma with a bit unpleasant soapy notes, very sweet apple juice flavors, light and easy to drink, but pretty basic.

kerenmk (2300) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JUL 26, 2013
On tap at the cider millís opening. Hazy amber with apple, sugar and faint vinegar aroma. Tastes sweet and a little grainy, medium-to-full body and a somewhat bready finish. Quite alright.

tomer (1678) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - JUL 21, 2013
Bottle, clear dark gold to bronze colour, aroma of overipe apples and some woodiness, flavour of overipe apples with a touch of spiciness, no acidity, quite sweet but bland, not much different from concentrate made apple juice. Difficult to drink and quite boring.

Bottle. Clear pale yellowish golden color with a bit of white foam. Aroma of green apples, sugary notes and a bit of sulphur hints. Sweetish apples flavor, a bit sugary, with light sulphuric touches and a faint acidic note. Pretty mellow and drinkable.
