bottle, received from Schroppfy at Browarmia Warszawa - thanks a lot! Cloudy medium-brown colour, large off-white head. Grainy nose with a sour touch. Full-bodied, grainy, rustic malty base with hints of caramel, biscuits and shy hints of a fruity sourness. A very nice, very wild and live beer with lager yeast.

Schroppfy (2328) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - MAY 11, 2011
Severely underrated! Pours a luminescent medium brown with lots of sediment from the 1L bottle. Glowing, large head and really remains quite dense. Aroma of crazed wet fermented walnuts, tree bark, moldy lemon rind. If this is infection than give me way more of it. Definitely a lager, says so on the label. Sharp and crisp sourish flavors; lemon, bread (pumpernickle, rye), flowers (vegetal), also with fruity raisin. Intense. I love these beers! So alive.
