Bottle. Honey & floral on the nose. Pours gorgeous amber orange with a white head. Taste is outstanding. It’s floral, citrus, honey, evenly balanced for 10%. Honey & floral hangs on the palate - will be searching out more of this!

Bottle from Pacific Liquor: My nose comes up empty and doesn’t smell much other than a minor background of caramel malt. Small development of foam head while the liquid was a dark golden honey color except a ton of sediment that made it hazy. The flavor is bland and has a sweet malt mouth taste that seems to be going a little sour due to the age of a bottle that I would estimate is only a few months old. Strong dosage of alcohol burn during the drink that makes this difficult with each ship. It’s like drinking poison.

I love this beer! Hints of caramel, mango... It’s a big beer... 10% but not in your face. This is a true representation of San Diego’s best IPA’s. Keep it up!

Bottle shared by Ernesto987. Aroma of lightly sweet caramel, stale grains, cardboard, and no hops. Taste is wet leaves, pennies, and hay with a boozy bitter finish. Not worth finishing.

Beer thanks to OCBeerSociety, the last beer of his amazing cali IPA offerings. Aroma is musty malts, no hop presence. Old bottle? Who knows. Flavor is stale malts, wet cardboard, then metallic. Then the worst finish in a beer I have ever had. Reminds of the time I tried bitter yuck on myself before the dog. Drain Pour and glass wash. Fuck this.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a dark cream colored head. Grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and summer fruit flavor with caramel. Medium bodied. Nice bitterness. Grapefruit and summer fruit lingers with caramel.
