Dark amber with full creamy off-white head. Looks great. Taste is lots of malt, caramel, some apple, citrus, pine, cinnamon, light herbal notes. Sweet and some tartness with light bitter finish. Medium bodied with nice full feel and carbonation. At first I thought it was a bit bland, but halfway I really warmed to this beer. Pretty decent stuff.

(Butcher’s Tears Tresspassr) On tap at Burg Bieren Festival, 200 ml.
Dark reddish colour on the body, slightly hazy, small and thin off-white head with low retention, leaving light lacing behind.
On the aroma there is light manure, caramel, faint grains.
Taste of caramel, light floral notes. Satisfying bitterness on the aftertaste.
Medium thin body, good carbonation, mildly dry on the palate.
Quite nice beer, I would have come back for another, highly drinkable.
