Well hopped blonde(ish) beer, slightly sweet malts with lots of citrus hops on the palate. A flavour packed brew...nice!

Cask @ The Willow Walk. The pour’s medium amber with a small bubbly white head. The nose is of golden delicious apple, some honey, bucolic straw. The taste is is sweet apple sauce, summer fruits. Plenty of sugary white bread. Mild grassy finish. The body’s watery, light. Overall, nothing special here.

Bottle from Tesco. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, grassy hops and a little liquorice. Similar flavours and mildly bitter with moderate carbonation and an oily mouth-feel.

Dark gold with lacy white head and a fresh earthy hop nose. Malty body with a sulphurous note reminiscent of fresh Pedigree, then a woody hoppy bitterness coming through. Lovely.

Cask at The Gate, Northwood. A golden coloured pour with a small white head on top. Not much of an aroma to this, slightly hoppy. Tastes slightly hoppy, bitter and sour. I don’t think that this was in good condition. Really poor bitter indeed, I left most of it.

A light amber with a light head. Aroma of hops and a light grassyness. Taste of mild hops, malt with a mild bitter finish. Rather pleasant, nice session ale.

On tap. Solid dark golden pour. Mild hoppy taste with malt backing. Somewhat empty finish. Very meh bitter.

Cask@GBBF2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, mild wooden notes along with some toffee and mild zesty and nutty notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, caramelly, citrusy and also has some slight grassy and wooden notes to it.
