Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear golden appearance with a small white foam. Crisp and rather dry aroma of straw, grapefruit and grass. Medium to light-bodied with crisp notes of crackers, lemon and grass. Crisp, medium-bitter finish of grass, lemon and cookies.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm) Golden colour with firm, white head. Fruity nose with apricots, orange peel and fresh hints of Fuggles hops. Fruity taste with apricots and floral, slightly earthy hops in the finish. Some grainy malt underneath. Turns dry towards the finish. Rather light body. Tasty and refreshing.

Bottle thanks to father. Aroma is grainy pale malts, sweetish and grassy bittering hop. Taste is similar, small lemon note. Basicly too much carbonation and not enough hops.

Pours a mid gold with a big enthusiastic white head. Aroma features sweet candied fruit, with definite hints of citrus. On the palate there is citrus fruit, sweet malt and an earthy finish all carried by a light mouth feel, very drinkable.
