Bottle only.
Freshly pressed pear juice. The fermentation is finished in the bottle which results in a naturally sparkling medium perry best served chilled. The main pear variety in this Perry is Blakeney Red.

Bottle picked up at a cheese shop in Leominster 03-07-10 consumed 25-07-10 Pours straw in colour light haze, slightly sharp then sweet pear aroma on nose. Tastes of pears naturally but there is a distinctive lemonyness running through this, bit thin and whilst refreshing and tangy its not a juicy as I would have liked. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1
