Bottle picked up from a Cheese shop in Leominster, Herefordshire, early July 2010 consumed 10.08.10 Pours gold with a touch of haze. The only aroma I’m getting is that of Nag Champa Jos Sticks that Loz has just lit, I take it away from the area and get a light scent of apples but still plenty of Nag Champa. There appears a touch of spiciness going on amongst this nice crisp cider though it is a little thin with some jiffy lemon streak, maybe its ginger I’m getting? Nice furry tannins showing in the mouth, medium carbonation, pleasant cider. A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.4
