Bottled from Leicester Beer Festival 2005. Cloudy orange with no head. Aromas are dry, woody with apple juice. Flavours are pronounced apple juice, quite sweet followed by lots of dry woodiness. Almost like drinking bark - but better. Acidic with a barnyard character. Not typical of the Normandy style in my opinion but still a good cider.
