COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle only.
The main apple varieties of Brown Snout, Michelin, Vilberie and Yarlngton Mill used for this still medium cider are gathered by hand from our own traditional orchard. Only wild yeasts are used in the fermentation to ensure the full complexity and rich flavours of the apples develop.

Lovely apples and cheese aroma. Smoky woodiness in the mouth big apples. This is a really tasty still cider. I could drink a lot of this and at 6.9% who could complain? Sweet with a great dryness that comes right at the end of the finish.

750ml bottle from ciderstore.com, July 2007. Hazy gold appearance. Sharp fruity aroma, with woody touches. Rather tart flavour, with plenty of residual fruit and a distinctly acidic finish (not in a bad way). Tannins are quite restrained but sufficient to provide some muscle. On the dry side of medium. A decent and tasty cider. Don’t know whether this is a regular product or a one-off as their website does not appear to be regularly updated.
