A Mes rate. Bottle at Chris O’s "Hang About, Are They Floaters in My Beer, Oh No It’s Ok, It’s Just the Ceiling" tasting.
I was clearly worse for wear when I wrote this, or maybe just preoccupied with the house shedding its finishes... My notes are crap. In their entirity they say: "Aroma of sour apple and sharp. Tastes almost as dry as the pucker. Palate thick and juicy." No idea what I was on about with the taste notes...

Bottled. An unclear golden cider with a bit of orangey head. The aroma has notes of apples and vinegar. The flavor is acidic apply, leading to a tart finish. The mouthfeel is almost like sandpaper.
