Some yeast on aroma, a little bit of earthy rubber, along with citrus flavours in mouth. Nutty yeast. Yep, like a whole bunch of earthy BCA bitters I’ve had. Good hop bite on end. Still it’s a good effort.

Rating from an old notebook. Bottle conditioned. Deep amber colour with no head, mild carbonation. Sweet, fruity almost apple juice aroma. Rather strongly flavoured, fruit, some sourness and slightly ashy, overpowering the malt leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Orange with a small white head. Malty aroma with tangerine notes. Dry and yeasty flavour.

Bottle @ chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2008. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy aroma with some hints of caramel. Sweetish malty fruity hoppy flavor wit some hints of caramel. Has a sweetish fruity hoppy finish.

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (020808)

Amber with a thin off white head. Slightly yeasty with some good earthy malt and a good citric hop finish. One dimensional but nice to drink.

Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some wood and mildly nectary. Flavour is very much the same, but ends in a nice grassy bitterness.
