May 25, 2006 (12oz bottle) Lightly hazed amber body topped by a medium white head that rapidly diminishes. Aroma is moderately sweet, caramel, butterscotch, some orange, light grapefruit. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, grapefruit/orange, light lime. Light-medium body with some stickiness.

Dec 31, 2005 Amber color, light head. Nose of light dusty hops, pine and bubblegum. Sweet caramel and fizzy mouthfeel. Nice pale ale with no poor qualities. Tasty.

Mar 21, 2008 Bottle... Clear, deep golden ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Good retention. The sweet, floral aroma offers wild flower and clover honeys and black tea with a hint of English biscuit malt. Medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation. Great balance provided by moderate, black tea bitterness alongside pale malt sweetness. Lengthy clover and straw finish. Underrated, I think.

The aromas okay, a sweet malt, caramel with butterscotch, and an orange & orange blossom hopping. The body is thin, the flavor weak - a light malt with a suggestion of wheat, some orange overtones.
