2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
The bottle and website offer this as an "Extra Pale Ale." I'm thinking more of a Scottish or even a California Common, but not Pale Ale. But hey, they want to claim Pale, I'm going to rate it accordingly.
Pours a very pale amber with little head and no lacing.
Scent is dank, actually, very earthy. Malt presence, but it's almost mossy smelling.
Taste for a Pale is just wrong. The hops are subtle and the malt coying, but the taste is earthy and mossy and not very complex. WTF were they thinking?
Mouthfeel is light yet creamy, but not to style. Overall (again for the style) it sucks. I'm going to be a bit more generous here and say that it's a decent beer. There's nothing offensive and it's easily quaffable. I can't help but to think the brewery wasn't misguided somehow in producing this. They do much better.

Very weak. Expected some piney flavor in an APA, but got none. Mostly pale lager flavor with a few extras. Lightly sweet flavor with watery finish. Faint aroma of grains.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20
I wish I could say I enjoyed this beer but as far as IPAís go, this one screwed the pooch. No malt presence and very little hop profile in the aroma or the flavor. What was in the flavor was off and unpleasant. There was a pungent citrus and grapefruit flavor that was thin and veiled. The aroma had a bit of citrus, grass, and straw. Poured a pretty faint yellow color.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Last beer of the night with friends. Light mouth feel followed the nice aroma. I expected more on the palate. Whereís the Hops? Head disappeared way too fast. This was a drinkable beer but leaves no lasting impressions!

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
22 oz. bottle, courtesy DoBoy.
Aroma - Lightly fruity and floral, some underlying honey.
Appearance - Light amber with a foamy, quickly collapsing white head.
Flavor - gentle;e sweetness that is non -descript, a soft bitterness trails into a barely dry finish that has a hint of soapiness.
Palate - Light to medium body and carbonation, a bit watery and lacking definition.
Not much here. A rather plain, simple beer that jusdt fails to arouse much emotion.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bomber. Nice golden color with no head or lacing. Smells of sour corn. Tastes remind me of dough, honey, and only a touch of hops. Not a lot of anything going on here. Finishes pretty clean, although not very crisp or refreshing. Eh.

Clear orange, moderate head with some lacing and retention. Light aroma with traces of grapefruit. Some grass, butterscotch and caramel present. Bland at best.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle... Clear, deep golden ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Good retention. The sweet, floral aroma offers wild flower and clover honeys and black tea with a hint of English biscuit malt. Medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation. Great balance provided by moderate, black tea bitterness alongside pale malt sweetness. Lengthy clover and straw finish. Underrated, I think.

Nose of cardboard and mild soapy hops. Some herbal grass and nuts on the palate.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
500 ml. Clear, shiny orange-copper with a small head that tries to last. Aroma is spicy herbs and dried cedar. Flavor is fruity-spicy dry grains, toasted nut, and some dried, split wood that keeps making me think of cedar. Citrus-cocoa-resin aftertaste is nice. Palate is light-medium, smooth and dry-tingly. I think this unique, quality brew would fare well in the ESB category, as it seems to have some of the better style characteristics.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma of malt and floral hop. Doesnít get better than that? Slightly hazy apricot flesh color with a white head that filmed quickly. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. The flavor is slightly caramel, with nifty light stone fruit flavors. Very nice in the mouth. The finish is slightly malty, nicely hoppy - fruit/floral rather than citrus/resin. Itís very good to drink.
