Palidor19 (1152), Brandon, Florida, USA May 13, 2008 Very yummy, has a mild hop taste but it has a lot of it. malty with plenty of grassy and piny hops. Nice one.
Zinister (812), Houston, Texas, USA Jun 14, 2008 Pretty orange amber pour with a frothy one finger head. Grapefruit and melon nose with soft hop aroams. Creamy mouthfeel with citrus hops up front. The middle of this beer has an odd flavor that I just can’t pick out. It’s sort of like it’s old hops...but not really. Finish is pithy bitterness. This isn’t a bad beer by any mean...but there are better IPAs out there. Not sure if there are better organic IPAs... Rciesla (674), Brick City, New Jersey, USA Jun 12, 2008 Bottle. Run of the middle ipa. Pours a light orange golden color. Flavor and aroma have good qualities of malt and citrus flavored hops. eh. Oscbert (181), Sacramento, California, USA May 25, 2008 ~Pours a light golden red colour with diminishing head.
~Nice grapefruit hop scent and some light maltiness.
~Tangy citrus taste followed by bitter hops.
~Acidic feel. Light bodied. Bitter finish.
~I like this beer. Good for sipping on a hot summer day. EithCubes (1714), Indiana, USA May 24, 2008 Bottle. Grapefruit nose with light caramel and resin. Deep copper-orange body with an orange-tinged creamy beige head. Taste is strongly bitter and hoppy, citrus notes are still there but somewhat less prominent, with a trailing bready note picking up steam and lasting into the resin finish. Medium-full body, strong caramel notes, a touch of dry, spicy grain. Hopheads should like this, though she’s basically all bitterness and a summer sipper. darn1207 (171), Tallahassee, Florida, USA May 17, 2008 12oz bottle. light hop and citrus aroma. hazy amber color and a small white dissipating head. citrus at first then malty hop finish. a bit of an acidic salty taste.
