Orange with a white head. Aroma is pine and orange with some bread. Flavor is pine and orange from the hops. I get some bitterness but it is fairly subdue due to the biscuit malt. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Not a great IPA. Harsh hop flavors, kind of metallic finish. Not much more to really say about this one.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 jmohno (831) - Iowa, USA - AUG 18, 2012
UPDATED: AUG 25, 2012 6.5%er.Orange with light brown,short head shortly gone,with spotty lacing/ring.
Nose was kinda off/old earthy dirt yeasty .Some mild hops of ripe fruit(maybe too ripe) some spice light dank/resin and turning more herbal as it sits.Buiscuit bread is equally if not more noticable.
Taste has some toast/roast tones with malt, funky yeast tones off and on which are distracting and heavy and almost repulsive in the finish.Piney bittering is pretty good. Otherwise is a nice subtle complex tasting ipa.Im suspecting age/bad storage conditions.
3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 LeftCoastRider (89) - , Washington, USA - JUL 28, 2012
A nice IPA with hints of spruce. Definitely hops-centered, but with a caramel backbone from the malt. Slight flat note on the finish, but a good example of a proper IPA.

12oz bottle poured into a tulip. Pours a lightly cloudy dark orange with a quarter-finger of white head. Aroma of citrus, pine and resin. Taste is light bitter. Mostly sour citrus with some caramel malt and earthy resin. Light bodied with a thin yet slick texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, pretty good, it may have renewed my faith in "organic" beers. I would gladly drink this again.

Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Nice IPA aroma and flavor. This was a tasty IPA and being Organic this makes it all the better.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 bnoel09 (379) - Elk Grove, California, USA - MAY 20, 2012
Poured from 12oz bottle into an English pint glass. This 6 pack has the ABV listed as 6.4%. Color is medium amber with cream colored head. Aroma is caramel malt and some earthy hops. Flavor starts with cloyingly sweet caramel malt and leads into spicy, earthy hop notes. Medium bodied with a sticky mouthfeel. Overall this just wasn’t very balanced - too much sweetness up front for any amount of hops to try to counter.
