3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
14 karat pour with nice ivory head that left small sticky ringlets on the inside of the glass. Aroma is citrus, freshly cut grass, and pale malt. Flavor is bitter citrus rind and not much else. A bit thin and, once again, lacks the complexity or depth of flavor to buy again.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Damn near perfect. The color is a nice solid copper, and like a good IPA the flavor is all about Hops; there’s the usual West Coast Cascade aroma and flavor but not all the hops are up front; after swallowing there’s a nice crisp residual bitterness on the back of the tongue. The malt is apparent but not too much so, providing a nice sweet background for the hops to sound off against. The 22-ounce bottle is perfect for the duration of the Cartoon Network ’Adult Swim’ segment... This is, incidentally, the first microbrew I could find here in Tallahassee that was in a bottle size formerly prohibited (before Oct. 1) in Florida. It creeps me out that the local natural food store is carrying these sizes before the knowledgable liquor store, but that’s life...

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Nearly clear amber with a whipped beige head.
Bread, vinyl/faux-leather aroma.
Taste is watery caramel malt, bark....grainy, piney bitter.....orange peel.
Taste like a non-alcoholic beer (cornflake water) with a touch of inept IPA bittering.
Not good, not good at all.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
"not exactly a "liberal" hop presence when you take into account where this same from. as with all their beers, it’s a little on the thin and prickly side, but fresh - the hops are pretty well represented with a nice citrus backbone."

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
cloudy amber color; mild, floral hop aroma; bitter with a good deal of citrusy, piney hops on a medium bodied, bready malt base; overall a decent IPA

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Light copper pour, thin but thick head to start. Nose is faint grapefruit. Somewhat bitter. Middle is caramel malt. Finish is lastingly bitter. Would have liked a few more hops at the end of the boil, just me.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours orange. Head is white. Nose has element of citrus, orange and pines along with some sticky caramels and a toasted, cracker/biscuit like aroma. Flavor is again caramel, citrus, and heavy on the toasty crackery malts. Nothing’s crazy about this beer. More of an English style it seems like.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from six pack. Pretty standard IPA with familiar flavors. Not too bad.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Orange with a white head. Aroma is pine and orange with some bread. Flavor is pine and orange from the hops. I get some bitterness but it is fairly subdue due to the biscuit malt. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
bottle, full flavored, not quite. really bland and boring, malty and gross for an IPA, amazing how spoiled one can get having great IPA’s around. No date on bottle.....
