22 oz bomber says "Organic Spring Ale" on the label. Deep golden, slightly hazy ale, nice off white bubbly head. The aroma is mostly of malts, sweet and almost honeyish, slight hop aromas. In taste its mostly malt driven, semi-sweet, fruitiness, bitter near the end, hoppy after taste..quite peppery in character. After a while though the bitterness gets to be annoying. Quite a thin mouthfeel to this one, well carbonated. This is just on the right side of average, barelly, did not really enjoy.

DMS and ummm more DMS in the nose. Very vegetative and oxidized on the palate. Awful stuff.

Bomber from Bottle Barn. Aroma is caramel and light stone fruit. Amber color with a white head that filmed rapidly. Medium bodied with near creamy carbonation. Caramel flavor, watery light stone fruits, and some bitter. The finish is pretty dry, and the bitter attacks the edges of the tongue. As it goes on, the fruit seems to take on an apricot trend. Crisp it is. Also delicious.

Bomber from Bottle Barn; Nose of caramel, and some light sweet fruitiness; copper-orange with a medium off-white head; flavor is some caramel, light nectarine, and some mild hop bitterness in the backgound, combining with some of the fruit in the finish. An Amber?

I think they may have done some recipe changes on this, this was more like a pale then an amber. Poured golden/orange, slight haze, with a tall white head. Crisp citrus hops in the finish over a fruity caramel malt base. Nice standard american pale with the big PNW hops.

NorCal tasting Apr 07 - Pretty bad stuff here. While verging on a drainpour and a below average beer, it walks the line lightly. Aroma is creamed corn, oxidation and light hops. Appearance is dark gold, cloudy with a head which melts quickly. It didn’t strike me as an amber ale in color. Flavors in this weren’t very tasty either. If not served ice cold, it’s hard to quaff. Lack of character, taste and anything resembling a beer is hard find. It does carry some light caramel notes, but if you have to struggle to find them then it’s probably not the beer you are looking for.

Bottle. Amber beer with an off-white head. Floral, somewhat grassy aroma. Light malt flavor with floral/slight spice hops. Somewhat lighter bodied with a floral/earthy finish.

Very soft aroma with not much of a profile for me to disuss about. Color is a light red color that is sort of sad to look at since this is an amber ale. Flavor is weak with only a trace of caramel thats to soft to be considerably noticed. Boring and not alive enough to be drank during the season of spring.

This was a very light to medium bodied, kind of a combination between an amber and a lighter style nut brown ale. Some spicy hops, fruit maltiness througout, some caramel, and a dry chalky finish.
