3.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A decent stout. It tastes a little like chocolate milk with a less smooth finish. I liked the cow utter on the label so I bought it, but it’s price may prevent that from happening again.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a brown-black color with a large creamy tan head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was dry, roasty, vanilla and coffee. The flavor was bitterish yet semi sweet with lactose, toasty malts, malted milk and vanilla. Turns dryish on the long finish. Medium body. Ok.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
I’m surprised how low this beer got rated on here, it’s kind of disappointing. This a really awesome stout. Big notes of chocolate, caramel and toffee in the aroma, with a subtle roasty coffee. Thick but not syrupy, lots of chocolate, caramel and roastyness. Really tasty beer and for the abv you wont get totally crushed. Awesome stout, I’m glad I found it.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Crisp like a porter with a light mouthfeel from the lactose backing.
Not an amazing stout, but still a very drinkable beer.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Very dark apperance, near black. Tan head, slick mouthfeel. The roasted chocolatey character undermined by its weak acidity. Picked up in Asheville in 2015.

Pours black, with brown fluffy head and nice head.retention. the aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, some coffee. Not strong. The flavor is chocolate then coffee, with earthy at the rear. The palate is heavier than would have though.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour on tap at District 13, dark black pour with tan head, aroma brought notes of cocoa, roast, some dirty earthy notes with a hint of lactose, slight coffee. Taste was a smooth mix of cocoa, coffee, and roast, some slight earthy notes into a bit of dark fruity notes, finishing fairly roasted, slightly sweet.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz can, courtesy of corm44 on BeerAdvocate. Thanks!! The pour is a medium to dark brown with a ruby showing through with a decently thick light tan head that falls down quickly leaving no lace. The aroma is is sweet. There's a lot of lactose up front. A good roasty malt character really dominates the nose. Small amount of cocoa on the back end. The flavor is all roast for the first half. A light sweetness pokes through, and then there is nothing. The mouthfeel is really thin. Dark water. The carbonation helps a little, but it's just really thin. The aftertaste is a little roasty with a touch of sweetness, and vanishes quickly. A very light sweet stout.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours black with a foamy tan head that dissipates quickly to a ring and a patch. Sparse lacing. Nose is malty with notes of milk chocolate. Taste is balanced, leaning to the bitter side. Pleasant. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Decent brew, but nothing special.
