COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Porkslap is a new interpretation of the English Pale Ale with a hint of fresh ginger spices (and without their tendency toward cross dressing). It’s balanced, not overly bitter, easy to drink and incredibly refreshing. We brew PorkSlap with two row barley and a little chocolate malt for color. It pours orange and crystal clear with a frothy white head. If your nose is working, you might get a little malty whiff that soon gives way to pure thirst quenching goodness and happy satisfaction. The finish is clean, crisp and dry, and it plays really nice with spicy food like tex-mex, bbq or hot wings. Go ahead. Slap that pig.

Pretty lightly hopped for the style but well-balanced with a pleasant hint of citrus. Nice enough session beer.

Smooth dark yellow pour, very little aroma. Flavor is a little bland... some grain presence and a little cream in the body. Blended well but not too distinct.

Can marked 07/15/15. Nose dusted with lightly herbal hops and mild crystal. Pours clear pale orange with a huge and fizzy-pathetic bone head. Taste light-medium bitter, faint tang with too-strong crystal, but there’s some deliciousness there as well. Some alcohol showing (!?), really dries out, light woody and herbal spice. Full, slightly leathery, sharp body, touch of chalk in the aftertaste. More than a little dirty. Bitterness the best thing about this, even if it’s a bit sharp, and it’s a clear set-it-and-forget it for pizza and wings. [2015.12.26: 2.0]

Burk tryp hotel nyc. Orange vätska. Ganska intetsägande i både doft och smak. Vattnig. Lätt kryddig.

Pour from a 12oz can. Clear amber brew wit white head. Aroma of light malts, fruit, hints of spice. Taste is weak malts up front, some tart fruit in the middle and a rather nice finish with citrus and spice hops (maybe some ginger) in the end. But it is weak all through the swallow. Watery palate.

Burk @ Flying Saucer, Nashville. Grumlig bärnstensfärgad med ett medelstort vitt skum som snart sjunker ihop. Malt, gräs, citrus och tall i såväl smak som doft. Något tunn, medel mot liten beska.

Can at America on Tap Deep golden color with a decent white head. Rich bready caramel maltiness with some earth and citrus hop top counter. Decent Pale ale.
