Bottle: Golden, quickly vanishing fluffy head; moderate sweet-malty and aromatic-hoppy nose; moderate to stronger bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; finishes as it begins: with a mix of sweet-malt and aromatic hops. Pleasant and spicy..........

Bottle, 4.9%. 2 months past BB date. The flavour starts off a little bready, but turns mildly aroma hoppy. Clear golden colour, small white head. The flavour is mildly bready, possibly due to its age. Good aroma hoppiness and clean bitterness in the finish.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big blond foamy head. Grassy and spicy hops aroma with light sweet grainy malt and a subtle fruitiness. Soft bitter flavour with a rounded malty sweetness; light to medium bodied, smooth carbonation. Slightly grainy, moderately bitter and aromatic hoppy finish. Pleasant Pilsener, brewed by Brauhaus Schweinfurt since the take-over of Büttner Bräu, Bad Königshofen in 1993.
