500ml bottle (ChrisO’s post-GBBF2011 Tuesday)
Almondy maltiness in the aroma. Good sweet body, perhaps a touch winey. Fairly solid, but unexceptional bitter. No grunge from the ’organic’ ingredients. Nice gentle bitter finish.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Clear rusty orange color, average sized beige head. Don’t get a lot of aroma. Taste malts, a hint of raisins, a hint of wood, lightly bitter, slightly caramel, quite dry. Average body and carbonation.

Bottle conditioned, 500ml from Millets Farm, Frilford, Oxon. Copper with white head. This smelt and tasted a little stale, there is a sweet, cardboardy, grainy flavour right from the off, with a malty but unfinished, as though it hasn’t brewed out, character. Disappointing.
