Bouteille 33cl, BB 08/2013.

Bottle. Pours like unclarified chicken stock. Less than a coat of off-white head but it does hang around. Aroma of bread, honey, grapefruit, lemons, oranges, pine, alcohol. Low carbonation. Sweet oranges, bread; lots of pine, grapefruit zest. Alcohol is quite prominent. There are good things somewhere in there, but this is like a bad dress rehearsal.

Light brown and clouty with a mild yellowish foam. Strong malty chemical aroma,. Malt, fruit, glue, alcohol, Really stong hoppy aftertaste. Medium body and medium carbon. You can really taste the alcohol in this one.

Bottle. Cloudy orange with no head, pours flat. Aroma of orange and resinous pine, some alcohol. Taste is orangey, piney, some loose alcohol. Quite flat, little sweet and bitter. Probably be better with carbonation, the whole yhings seems a bit rough around the edges.
