Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a cloudy dark amber with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is big yeast with some malty notes in the background and some slight sour vinegar when the beer had warmed. The flavour is mediun to weak bitter with a refreshing watery sweet hop, weak resin palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Very drinkable. I’d buy this again.

330 ml bottle. Bottled on Aug 2013. O'Hara's, Tampere, Finland. Cloudy orange amber colour with a small off-white head. Yeast, alcohol, dark hops and caramel malty sweetness in the aroma. The flavour is strong sweet malty with some hoppy bitterness and piney notes. Quite close to Barley Wine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Brewdog Online Shop. Murky amber pour, decent head and lacing. Slightly soapy aroma, some grapefruit. Taste brings out faint malt. OK, but nothing special.

33cl bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - a very muddy brown with a little bit of lace. Nose - pine, then bread, a faint blood orange note. Taste - definitely grapefruit, then resiny with a bitter grapefruit finish. There is a bready backbone. Palate - medium bodied, creamy texture with a dry tangy finish. Overall - just within the realms of being balanced. Had a lot better in this style.

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Hazy orange color, virtually no head. Smell malts, hops, pine and resin. More like a double IPA. Taste malts, hops, some sweetish hops, bitter, lightly resin and pine. Medium body and carbonation.
