Clear orange/amber beer with no saturation and white foam. Smells yeasty and fresh fruits. Tastes sour and very refreshing. Leaves a long fresh sour palate. Mouth feel is full and non alcoholic. Very good beer you can drink a few of.

On tap at Cafe Sara, september 6th 2014. Hazy light orange body with a fine white head. Aroma of peach, tart apples, straw. Taste is lactic and funky, yoghurt, fruits, wheat, sour grapefruit at the finish, dry sour fruity aftertaste. Very nice and refreshing.

Bottle @ home. Color: Hazy orange blond beer with no caronbation and high yeast level and no carbonation. Smell: hoppy nose with notes of apricot and grass. Taste: sour taste with sweety notes and grassy notes with hoppy presence. Aftertaste: sour taste with sweet persistence. Good beer but not my favorite for this breweries.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Rather enjoyable. Silky, honeyed sour, with tropics and sweet throat burn. Went down in double quick time. Winey. Great stuff.

Bottle @ Home. I’ve been sitting on this for a while. Hazy deep orange pour with a tiny head that quickly fades. Lemon cake, mellow citrus. A bit of soap-covered peaches. A bit of underarm and musty gym locker. Wonderfully tart, vibrant flavor. Peach and raspberry fruits. Clean lactic finish. Light body, soft carbonation. Very refreshing stuff.

Bottle, bottled in August 2013, consumed in October. Unclear orange with a small diminishing white head. Baking yeast, red grapefruit, wheat, light red berries, gooseberries, very light lactic. Tropical fruity hop notes? A bit puzzling, but kind of nice. Light body, light/medium sweet and light sour.

Bottle from Bitter Virtue, Southampton. Hazy dark gold, almost no head. Scent of sour lime, Pixy Stix, cedar and a whiff of nicotine. Pretty cool. The taste is a straightforward sour with sweet overtones. Chalky sour candy aftertaste. An odd but strangely addictive beer. Good sour.

330ml bottle from Vesuvio, Darlington. Hazy orangey-brown amber colour, foam white head that dissipates and aroma of fresh citrus zest. Taste is light malt and a sour grapefruit citrus, with some slight yeast, wood & nutty notes. Tart juicy mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, sour dry finish. Quite refreshing.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a slightly hazy light amber with a bubbly broken white head. The aroma is a lovely strong zesty citrus and yeast. The flavour is moderate to light sour with a citrus, yeast, acidic, light aspirin palate. Medium to light bodied with flat carbonation. An interesting beer from Buxton. Nice to drink and quite refreshing too, but i’d like to see more sourness and a little more life. It was a little too flat for me. It was bottled in Aug 2013, so it wasn’t that old.

Draft @Søernes Ølbar. Pours an unclear orangey amber, with a blond lace on top. Fruity milky sour orange peel aroma. Hint of hay-ish hops and soft wheat malts. Light off-dry malt body. Fine acidic tart fruit flavors with a touch of lactic acids. Soft carbonatian. Dry acidic tart fruit finish. Refreshing. [22.07.13]
