Bottle from BD online. Pours cloudy, vibrant orange with a small white head. Nose is full of lemongrass, lime leaves, grass, lemon zest and light pepper. sweet and sour with appeal. Taste is superbly balanced with light lemon rind, lemongrass, moderate zest, some spice and a touch of sherbert. Drinkability is out of this world. Damn good. Plus the label is fucking awesome

330ml bottle shared at home. Pours hazy orange, thin white head. Aromas of vinegar, lemon juice, funk. Taste has much more sour, apples and grapefruit. More like a gueuze than a berliner. Bitter finish. Full mouthfeel. Very enjoyable.

jamestulloch (1448) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 8, 2013
Bottle from Cornelius. Bright orange body with a thin off-white head. Lively carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of lemon and grapefruit. Tart lemony flavour, fizzy sherbet and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Thin body with an oily texture. Fizzy carbonation. A sharp, refreshing beer, but difficult to drink. Im still unsure about these sour beers...

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness bottle shop, York. Murky amber colour. A film of white head. Aroma is slightly peachy, some crab apple sourness. Hint of lemon. Taste is unripe apple sour. Not much body to it. Low carbonation. Weirdly enjoyable though. Certainly refreshing.
