COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg & Bottle Conditioned; Regular. Has been seen on Cask.

Our full flavoured, strong India Pale Ale. Now hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Nelson Sauvin. This beer has a pale straw-amber body, and pours with a full creamy head. Its complex flavours include mandarin orange, schnapps, pineapple, and juicy tropical fruits. It is warmingly alcoholic with a dry finish.

The most Yankee IPA from across the pond I have had, this lil’ beaut has some piney, resiny dank to her. Whelming notes of massive hops plus a biscuit backbone mark the nose on this bitter beast. Although extremely tasty I don’t find it overly complex; this is a straight for the throat jaguar of bitterness. Hazy copper with a rich off-white head, this bomb sports mid-low carbonation, a lightly oily medium body and is a straight up good IPA’n time.

Bottle enjoyed at home
Murky copper, massive dense beige head. Smell of citrus, zests, peach, hints of pineapple and light malts. Moderate sweet, quite fruity, tropical and refreshing! Medium bitter, fruit peel. Very nice fruit bomb of an IPA

Bottled. Pours a clear amber colour with a good, foamy, off-white head. Loads of pine and tropical-fruit sweetness on the nose. Really hop-forward flavours too: some fruit at the start then lots of pine resin and a long, dry, bitter finish. Very well balanced. Delicious!
