COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg & Bottle Conditioned; Regular. Has been seen on Cask.

Our full flavoured, strong India Pale Ale. Now hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Nelson Sauvin. This beer has a pale straw-amber body, and pours with a full creamy head. Its complex flavours include mandarin orange, schnapps, pineapple, and juicy tropical fruits. It is warmingly alcoholic with a dry finish.

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2013 Re-rate Keg at Hanging Bat 19/11/13. Someone told me to try this on Keg as itís much, much better. And they were right! Miles better than the bottle I had back in May. Paler in colour and bursting with tropical fruits, and a lovely lingering bitter finish. Excellent stuff. Bottle at home 25/5/13. Pretty boring to be honest. Pours amber, so darker than expected. Nose has hints of tropical fruits, but only hints. Doesnít follow through on the taste - too malty. Basically Boring British Brown Beer (with a few more hops than normal BBBB) (A5/A3/T4/P3/O10=2.5)

Tap @ Mikkeller & Friends, Cph. Pours hazy orange with a small, staying, creamy white head. Aroma has resin, apricot, bergamot, citrus. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has good crisp and light doughy malts, piney hops at first. Then apples, peach, pineapple, apricot. Lingering bitter finish. Nice and fat.

[5/5/13] Draught at Mikkeler & Friends in Copenhagen. Cloudy orange with a big white head. Great hoppy tropical fruits aroma. Flavor has lots of fruity hops with a bit of sweetness and a moderately bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Great stuff.

Keg @ The Earl Of Essex 2013/5/7 Absolutely delicious! Canít believe Iíve only just discovered this. A proper US style IPA brewed in Britain. Itís got the balance and none of the astringency so common in the UK. Iím wearing a cold so hard to focus on the nose but this is all about the flavour anyway. Brilliant.

Bottle. Hazy amber beer with a medium head. Aroma of grapefruit. Taste is strong hoppy grapefruit, alcohol and some hints of tropical fruit softening the grapefruit aftertaste slightly. Medium bodied. Decent IPA.

Just love this IPA, full of tropical fruits and distinctive flavours of the Nelson Sauvin hops.

Pint @ Homo Sibaris (Tap), served in Shaker. Pours transparent orange/amber with medium white frothy head. Orange peel blended with sweet malts on the nose, very nice. The flavour is more caramel-like with lots of tropical fruits (specially mango), and a subtle citrusy touch in the back. Moderate bitterness, lingering though. Medium body, good carbonation. Pleasant.

On tap at Euston Tap, pours a cloudy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma of ripe oranges, fruity hops, and caramel malts. Flavour brings out pungent notes o tropical fruits, citrus hops, a little floral as a medium caramel malt backing. Full of flavour, coating the palate in rich tropical fruits with a strong hop backing. Most excellent stuff.
