Our full flavoured, strong India Pale Ale. Now hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Nelson Sauvin. This beer has a pale straw-amber body, and pours with a full creamy head. In bottiglia. Colore oro tendente all’arancio. Testa soapy colore bianco avorio, da cremosa a pannosa. Olfatto fruttato e floreale, leggera resina e agrumi. Carbonazione da flat a soffice. Aroma etilico di luppolo fruttato, scorza d’agrumi, lievito crespo, resina amara e frutta tropicale. Gusto amaro medio abbastanza aggressivo, pur disciplinato, secco, con finale asciutto a pulire. Alcool crespo e leggermente pungente. Corpo medio, trama leggermente oleosa e croccante. Ottimamente bilanciata, secca e aromatica, solida e soddisfacente, promossa!

Aroma: elderberry, pine, tropical fruits, citruses, caramel. Appearance:: pale, clear, nice white head with good retention. Taste: light-medium sweet, medium to heavy bitter, again all the notes from aroma with some alcohol as well. A bit overbearing perfumy taste. Palate: light- medium body, ok texture, average carbonation, long bitter and dry finish. A good double ipa with some nice layers. A bit tiresome but pleasant.

Pours clear light copper or deep golden whichever you prefer. A nice white head that settles into a thin film and a little more dense foam along the enges of the glass. The nose has mainly herbal and spicy hops with some floral and bready aromas from the malt and maybe the yeast. The taste follows suit and has an added bitterness and a malty caramel side. Semi bitter finish and sadly not too much fruit character from the hop combo. Nice nontheless.

Medium sweet, medium to heavy bitter, light citric sour. Long hoppy medium bitter finish. Medium body, dry texture lively carbonation. Easy, refreshing, simple, great IPA.

Pours deep golden color, clear, with two fingers of stable foamy off-white yellowish head. Visually medium carbonation. Aroma: intense hop aroma, which takes on citruses, grapefruit, pinneapple, tangerine and pine. Very similar is flavor, with dominant hop note, which takes on fruits, mentioned above. Hop flavor takes on biscuit and is in second plan, but still firm backbone. Finish is bitter and slightly dry. Hop bitterness lingers long in aftertaste. Body is medium, texture soft, carbonation medium.

Bevuta in bottiglia . Birra dal colore oro carico con schiuma bianca compatta e peristente. Al naso senti note agrumate. Anche al palato note, fruttate frutta tropicale, pompelmo, uva ed erba. Il corpo è nella media birra di facile bevuta. Molto piacevole finale amaro, fresca e buona....continuerei a berla...

Bottle. Light golden - golden, hazy, average to large and mostly lasting head. Moderate, malty and lightly sweetish - sweetish aroma, some caramel and faint bread, some tropical fruitiness, some grapefruit/ piney hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, light - some caramel and tropical fruitiness, some grapefruit/piney hoppyness. Finish is average malty and dryish - lightly sweetish, light caramel and light tropical fruitiness, piney - some grapefruit hoppyness. Well hopped IPA with nice head. Could be drier and with less caramel. Finish is bit sharp - could use more fruitiness.

Well it smells delicious. It tastes pretty damn good. Very hoppy and like the american IPAs. There are so many beers like this around. They are all good but very little that makes this stand out. Like stones ipa but with less pine.
