COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg & Bottle Conditioned; Regular. Has been seen on Cask.

Our full flavoured, strong India Pale Ale. Now hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Nelson Sauvin. This beer has a pale straw-amber body, and pours with a full creamy head. Its complex flavours include mandarin orange, schnapps, pineapple, and juicy tropical fruits. It is warmingly alcoholic with a dry finish.

Bottle. Orange golden color, normal head. Right after opening the bottle, the delicious aroma came floating out, with peach, white grape and pine, simply amazing. Taste is freshly bitter and grassy, with grapefruit, pine and citrus. Bitter fruity finish. Really good IPA.

Keg at Buxton Brewery Tap House. Clear pale orangey, amber colour with thin white head. Aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and mango balanced with caramel. Tastes of caramel and bready malt and a big hit of citrusy hops like grapefruit, passion fruit and pineapple. Medium carbonation and full flavoured. A long, hoppy, citrusy finish. Really nice and powerful IPA.

Absolutely love this beer. I live not far from Buxton Tap House or Buxton Brewery. I’ve had it cask, keg and bottled. Very hoppy beer and you wouldn’t guess the percentage. Taste isn’t too dissimilar to Punk IPA and I imagine this is due to the hops, specifically Nelson Sauvin.
