COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg & Bottle Conditioned; Regular. Has been seen on Cask.

Our full flavoured, strong India Pale Ale. Now hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Nelson Sauvin. This beer has a pale straw-amber body, and pours with a full creamy head. Its complex flavours include mandarin orange, schnapps, pineapple, and juicy tropical fruits. It is warmingly alcoholic with a dry finish.

Bottle from cellarbrations super store in hami hill. Pours a clear orange with a thick creamy head. On the nose there are some subtle nutty flavours that come thru accompanied by resinous notes and tropical fruit. On the palate it's medium Bodied with low to moderate carbonation with a big, bitter, but not overly dry finish. Taste is loads of mandarin with subtle hints of pineapple. Solid IPA

Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury: 12th Jan 2015. 330ml bottle: BBD 10th Sep 2015 Slight haze to the golden pour: more lacing than the head seemed capable of. Nose was all about the hops, bitter sweet tropical fruits and pine. Bitterness ramps up in the taste where the hops really go to town, interesting and very drinkable.

Bottle at Archive in Brisbane. Wonderful wonderful beer. Heard much about this from a friend in Sydney who had it on tap down there. Got the last bottle at Archive; poured a cloudy honey colour which smelt awesome. Tastes of pine, orange, mandarin and pineapple. Good bitterness on the palate. One of my all time beers now in my top 5 or 6. Serious beer. As good as it gets.

330ml bottle at home. Poured a light chestnut colour with off white to tan head with spotting and light lacing of the glass. Strong hoppy pine aroma, lovely!, taste of citrus, orange peel, lemon, pine and distinct hoppy notes with a dry bitter finish. ruddy good stuff !

Blonde or trouble.

Medium hazy, big and stable head. Big punch of citrus and pine needle at nose. Lots of grapefruit, orange, lemon, hint of pineapple and mango with piney background. Really impressive! Taste is medium sweet, medium to heavy bitter and medium dry on finish. Flat to medium carbonation. Medium to full body. Really bitter and rich of different notes IPA. Definitely worth to try!

330ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy with extremely thick tanned head that didn’t budge for 5 minutes. Aroma is citrus fruits, summer fruits, orange peel and pine trees. Nice hoppy citrussy tangy taste. Finishes dry. Medium carbonation.
