Our full flavoured, strong India Pale Ale. Now hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Nelson Sauvin. This beer has a pale straw-amber body, and pours with a full creamy head. 330 ml bottle from Redmonds. Murky, dark amber, huge frothy off white head. Lovely nose, loads of pine, resiny hops, pineapple, passion fruit, mango. Flavour is just as intense and has all the aroma notes in spades, backed by a big malty backbone with loads of biscuit and caramel. Decent body, carbonation is not over the top, long fruity malty finish. Sensational.

Bottle. Darkish gold with a thin to medium off white head. Aroma fruit, hops, rubber, lemon n lime, blackcurrant. Very drinkable. Not masses of wow factor but another good effort from a solid brewery.

Bottle from the Red Squirrel Chesham Brewery Shop. Poured a hazy golden colour, with a thick, white head. Aroma of perfume, grass and mango. Sharp bitter hop pine flavour, balanced by some brown sugar and bready malt. Finish was bitter resin, dry cereal and a slightly musky note.

From tap @ BBF 2014. Pours hazy yellow/golden with a moderate white head. Hoppy, fruity-citrus, sweet aroma, some sugar notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, citrus, light herbal, quite sharp.

Idiosynkrasie (3734) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - APR 12, 2014
330ml bottle. Clear, deep orangey amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Herbal, earthy, grassy hop aroma, some pine and spruce. Taste is dry hoppy, slightly tannic, earthy, wood, coniferes, herbs, cautious hints of pineapple, caramel malty basis, dry finish with hints of glue. OK, almost three months old (bottled on 14/01/14)... but definitely below expectations.

Bottle. Pours a bit hazy orange with medium white head - longlasting and very nice. Aroma is great! Oranges, peach, pineapple, mango, caramel and light resin background. Some caramel sweetness at first, then fruity aroma and bitter finish. Bitterness is just right - not too long, not too short. Medium carbonation, medium body. Amazing IPA with great aroma and nice balance.
