Keg & Bottle Conditioned; Regular. Has been seen on Cask.

Our full flavoured, strong India Pale Ale. Now hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Nelson Sauvin. This beer has a pale straw-amber body, and pours with a full creamy head. Its complex flavours include mandarin orange, schnapps, pineapple, and juicy tropical fruits. It is warmingly alcoholic with a dry finish.

From my backlog. Shared with andregoncalves. Hazy orangish colour with a white head with medium lasting and good lacework. Aroma has notes of malts with citrus notes, slightly caramel and notes of peach. Flavor has a decent bitterness, slightly caramel notes , fruity with a presence of tropical fruits, peach and tangerine. The final has a decent bitterness.

Bottle; dull amber, cloudy medium white head; aroma is hops, peaches - lovely; taste is new world hops (lots of them), primarily peach, grapefruit; a big grapefruit juice bitterness; slightly dry; it’s clearly aimed at the hop fetishists amongst us - personally I’d prefer something more juicy and forgiving from an IPA; this is essentially grapefruit juice, but high quality grapefruit juice.

Bottle from Bier Huis, Ossett. Hazy, pale orange. Thin, bubbly, white head. Juicy, overripe orange. Light toffee. Taste is light caramel sweet. Ripe mandarin, fusty dryness. Thickish, sweet, oily palate. Long, almost tart, bitter finish.
