3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 jmgreenuk (1288) - The Hague, - SEP 29, 2012Cask at Borefts 12. Big white frothy head. Straw yellow pour. The aroma Is very hoppy which is a big clue to what lies behind in the flavour. Nice bitterness on the palate. The sample I tasted was a little on the warm side but I can't help but feel it should be served a little cooler which would have enhanced the experience.

Keg @ The Earl Of Essex 2013/5/7 Absolutely delicious! Can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this. A proper US style IPA brewed in Britain. It’s got the balance and none of the astringency so common in the UK. I’m wearing a cold so hard to focus on the nose but this is all about the flavour anyway. Brilliant.

Pint @ Homo Sibaris (Tap), served in Shaker. Pours transparent orange/amber with medium white frothy head. Orange peel blended with sweet malts on the nose, very nice. The flavour is more caramel-like with lots of tropical fruits (specially mango), and a subtle citrusy touch in the back. Moderate bitterness, lingering though. Medium body, good carbonation. Pleasant.
