3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 FatPhil (6207) - Tallinn, - SEP 5, 2011
Cask (Southampton Arms, RBESG2011 Saturday)
Sweet rich aroma, classic UK bitter. Deep orange, small loose head. Very sulfury taste, bitter hops. Soft palate, carbonation low. You’re left with the hops in the finish, nice. Pretty standard and boring bitter formula, but with enough character to keep it interesting and tasty.
