Bottle from Chester Beer & Wine. Hazy amber pour with a restrained white head. Muted nose. Some fruit and grassy hop present in the flavour.. Dry bitter finish. Not the greatest offering from Buxton, but they have set the bar pretty high thus far.

Cask handpull, The Magnet, Stockport, 02/03/13. Bright gold with a low white head. Grassy nose, lemon, chunk of whiskas...not in prime nick. Grassy, soapy with a demolishing shampoo bitterness and little malt backing; scant honey and vanilla. Decent beer gone a little bit wrong or merely outshone by the competition.

500ml bottle @ home with Dutchdrebus. Hazy orange color, medium sized white head. Not much aroma other than malts and a typical English pale ale smell. Taste malts, light to medium bitter, slightly fruity and slightly hoppy. Medium carbonation, low to medium body.

Bottle @ home thx to benzai. Hazy yellow to orange colour with a decent white head. Smells slightly hoppy, malty.. Not very much smell, a bit boring. Tastes quite sweet (sugary), malty and just slightly hoppy. Thin to medium body, soft carbo.

Color: cloudy blond beer with medium heavy white foam and small carbonization. Smell: wheat, hops, floral and mango. Taste: hops, mango, peaches and wheat. Aftertaste: nice bitterness very powerful but with a good sugar sensation. Very fresh!
