From cask @ Borefts 2012. This is a deep brown one with a big-bubbly and sidesticking beige top. On the nose I get a soft chocolate tone, biscuits, some ripe old fruits and that’s about it. Soft to flat on the carbonation an it has a mild oily mouthfeel. Fruity hoppy flavors. Not much roastiness in this one. Tastes more like a dry English style IPA juiced up and added a black color. Still, it’s quite tasty. 30.09.2012

On gravity at the Factoberfest, Tobacco Factory, Bristol September 2012. Near black with a slight, off-white head. Big aroma of citrus fruits, grassy hops, pine and a touch of sweetness. Flavour had plenty of dark fruits and tangerines, a hint of fruit cake and a dry, resinous finish. Excellent.
