Keg; Status uncertain.
American Pale Ale; Big juicy American hops, plenty of malt character, sneaky bit of NZ in there too.

0.33L bottle. Hazy amber, medium fluffy hat, stays. Compost heap, silo, barn smell. Gentle mouth...impressive. Flavours are mixed very pleasantly. Rotten egg taste is lightly, rotten veggies, light lemon peel, some herbs and mouldy bread, garlic, soy and strong grass in finish. Enjoyable bitter end. Damn good beer. Taste, flavours and aroma, aftertaste and feelings are very right place.

330 ml bottle from Les Vignerons (Bottled on 22-05-2014) Light sunrise orange, slightly hazy, with a big, fluffy and persistent off white head. Despite being almost 3 months old, the aroma is amazing as soon as the cap went off. Fresh, pungent, resiny hops, sligtly tropical but definitely more citrusy. One dimensional but exactly what I’ve been digging lately. It does show its age in the taste, as the hoppiness feel a bit tired and the malt more prominent. Still quite bitter, juicy, pleasently dry and refreshing. Lingering fruity and honey like sweetness. A little bit more than average carbonation, light to medium body, creamy texture. Another great hoppy APA from Buxton.

Draught @ Black Door
Aroma has biscuits, citrusy hops and some orange. Flavour has aggressive hops, grapefruit and some pineapples. Finishes with some herbal hops and gooseberry bush. Refreshing and hoppy, excellent APA!

Keg @ CBC Covent Garden - pours a nice, mostly opaque orange body. Fruity orange-y aroma, quite lively. Taste is dry, hoppy and fruity. Orange peels, some citrus. Solid bitterness, though not too flowery. The "sneaky bit of NZ" is easily noticeable and much appreciated: good tropical fruit hints. Somewhat malty and refreshing aftertaste. Quite full-bodied too.

0,33 ml bottle at sauna. Nice golden and quite clear. Very refreshing aroma, dry and herbal hops. Taste is also quite light, full of light hp flavours, a bit of resins but they are also very light, almost not there. Malt base is there but you barely notice it, great beer for a hot day (or hot place). Good water. Feels lighter and with lower abv than it actually is. Well done.

(Note: I got a bit carried away and just poured it, forgetting to check the bottle which advised leaving the yeast in the bottom.) Golden-amber beer with a frothy head and a light, orange/citrus aroma. Flavour is initially sharp and bitter but it mellows out with a sweet citrus flavour to balance it out. Somewhat floral in the mouth as well. Quite tasty.
