Keg; Status uncertain.
American Pale Ale; Big juicy American hops, plenty of malt character, sneaky bit of NZ in there too.

Bottle rated from moderately cool. Pours a nice gold, white head. Nice bitter and citrus aromas that play into grassy and lemony flavors. Palate just full enough and moderately dry, some nice resin and herbal hop overtones. Wanders into IPA territory with the insistent, increasing dryness. Underlying pale malt and sweet fruit. I liked it.

500 mL bottle. Copper-orange with a small but sticky white head. Smells American. Tastes American. Hop juice, but there is a touch of malty sweetness there first. Quite bitter, for the style. Excellent brew.

Backlog rating. 33cl bottle from Mother Kelly’s. It pours a clear golden color with a large white head. Long lasting foam and lot of carbonation streaming off the bottom of the glass. Aroma is hop forward on the fruity side, with pineapple and citrus. Taste is similarly fruity but not overly bitter. Grapefruit and peaches with a touch of acidic note in the finish. Medium mouthfeel and well carbonated. Nice and refreshing.

This ale poured a amber colour with a nice, creamy, off white head. Scents include grassy hops, honey, hay and a little citrus. First swig was nice and smooth with a medium carbonation. Flavours of grass and hay flavoured hops with a dash of citrus. Finish is light/medium bitter with hop flavour lingering.

[Bottle (500ml)] Pours a hazy copper-gold with an average size lasting frothy off-white head. Some minimal lacing. Aroma of sweet bready malt, sweet fruit, citrus hops and some spicy notes. Interesting flavour, spicy (from the NZ hops?), fruity and hoppy along with a moderate bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. Pretty good Pale Ale.

Hazy orange pour, with a huge white head. Intoxicating aroma of ripe oranges, lemons, and grapefruit. Loads of citrus zest and apricots, and other stone fruit. Wow! Mouth feel is soft but pleasant, and the finish is low to medium on the bitterness, with a just juicy citrus closing. Excellent beer!
