Keg; Status uncertain.
American Pale Ale; Big juicy American hops, plenty of malt character, sneaky bit of NZ in there too.

330ml bottle. Hazy brown color. Tiny size, off-white head, disappears. Hops, bit of dirty cloth, sweet, grainy aroma. Fresh grassy hops, citrus, sugar in taste. Refreshing grassy bitterness in aftertaste. Nice one.

Appearance: hazy light amber with a medium sized white head. OK lacing. Aroma: fresh american hops, citrus, pineapple, hints of pine and grass. Aroma isn’t very intense, but is very refreshing and pleasant. Taste: typical american pale ale, but just a bit more maltier I guess. Decent bitterness, mildly fruity, some resin notes, slightly earthy finish. Dry. Mouthfeel: medium to low carbonation, medium bodied. Overall: an everyday pale ale. Very tasty and refreshing but doesn’t knock your socks off.

Fra keg på Brewdog Nottingham 26 Jan 14. Mørk aprikosfarget. Uklar. Lavt skum som etterlater en ok lacing. God ferskenaroma. Smaken er aprikos & svisker med innslag av sitron. Litt tørr ettersmak. Bra men litt ensformig.

Svesse (5845) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - FEB 23, 2014
(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 20 Feb 2014) Pale amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of citrus, crystal malt, apricots and floral hops. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, apricots, toast, a touch of rye bread and a fresh floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Slightly sharp malt profile, balanced by a fresh and tasty hop character. Nice one.

Bottle from Beer Emporium, Bristol. Deep, hazy gold with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of citrus hops and mango, with a touch of bready malt sweetness. Full mouth feel, with more fruit, solid cereal malts and a moderately bitter finish, with a hint of pine prickling on the tongue. Good.

Aroma: mild hops, stronger malts, caramel, bread. Appearance: hazy brown to orange, small creamy head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: low carbonation, bitters getting more intense, medium to long finish. Overall: nice APA, taste maybe bit too bitter, still great beer. Bottle from Drinker’s Paradise, London.

Excellent pale ale. Strong pineapple aroma, pours a hazy copper with a thin off white head. Soft carbonation with an oily mouth feel. Taste is bang on, heavy on the citrus and pine, with some firm bitterness to finish it off. Had this been labelled and IPA I would still have been happy!

Keg at Earl if Essex, Islington. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a white head. Aroma has a hint of funky veg and overripe tropical fruit. Medium body, medium carbonation. Sweet with red berries, marmalade and grapefruit in the bitter finish. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

DruncanVeasey (6950) - NUNEATON, Top 24, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - FEB 1, 2014
330ml bottle from Beer Gonzo, Coventry. Dusky orange with a fine haze and low white head. Aroma of freshly laundered bed sheets; Fruit Salad chews, pineapple jelly, anise. Floral and marmalade-accented with a robust underpinning malt huskiness. Hints of juniper, lemon zest, piss-stained animal fur and peppery spice. What’s not to like?
