330ml bottle from Beer Gonzo, Coventry. Dusky orange with a fine haze and low white head. Aroma of freshly laundered bed sheets; Fruit Salad chews, pineapple jelly, anise. Floral and marmalade-accented with a robust underpinning malt huskiness. Hints of juniper, lemon zest, piss-stained animal fur and peppery spice. What’s not to like?

Draught. Hazy orange beer, creamy head. Fresh, very juicy fruitiness from the hops with plenty of wine gummy NZ character. Fresh, fruity flavor is slightly biscuity. Pale caramel flavors but it remains dry enough. Bitterness is not particularly strong, but it lingers long enough. Medium body has fresh, frothy texture. Enjoyable, very sessionable APA.
