Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. A golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus fruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus fruit, some marmalade in there, malty, slight sweetness. This would make a great session ale. Best Buxton of the evening for me.

Cask @ CPK. The pour’s amber with a modest white head. The aroma’s of pissed carpet, some lemon, grass and cheese. A bit funky indeed. The taste is mild berry and orange fruit salad. Grassy hops, a bit gritty. White bread. Light body, soft carbonation. Overall, not bad. Well made, but like many other mildly bitter golden ales.
