Tap @ In de Wildeman, Amsterdam as Buxton Raspberry Rye Sour. Pours a dirty, reddish brown and opaque. Beige head. Aroma is raspberry, slightly sour. Taste is fairly sour with raspberry, some fruitiness and balsamico. Rye comes through fairly strong on the finish. Saliva-inducing, fairly low carbonation, rather light.

4.9% Bottle from the Bottle Shop and drunk on the train home. Hazy dark red colour. Lasting white pink head. lactose popcorn and raspberry aroma. I mean I like the sour finish but the lack of proper funk upfront bothers me. Radpberry and lactose. Really not a very cultered sour. Needs work. Decent fruit on finish.

Tap at CBC 2014. Dark brown in the glass, small head. Starts intense sourish, extreme fruity-sour, moldy, notes of grapefruit. Bitter background. Finish too unbalanced. Not my favourite.
