2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Dark, thick black. No head. Aroma is smoky and medicinal. Sour and smoky flavor, but the smoke tastes fake; it’s not very pleasant. It’s not a porly-crafted beer, it’s just not to my taste at all.

Taste is medium sweet, light salty, light bitter and light acidic. Notes of ashes, wood, bacon, band-aid, funk, hay, lemon peel. Finishes dry, quite sour and lightly salty. Overall, really interesting and packed with flavour.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
The smoke, the peat, the flavor, the palate, it’s all great. What might the best is the low alcohol content considering the flavors. Only 7% for something that could have been a lot more than that. Great beer

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle 330ml (Saveur).
Dark brown color, small beige head. Strong smokey, peaty and leathery Islay whiskey aroma. Medium-bodied. Peaty, even tarry flavor. Rye bready. More "porterish" than "stoutish". Perharps a bit too much whiskey for my liking.
