A light, refreshing, hoppy pale ale. A showcase for the incredibly aromatic North American hop Ė Citra. It has a lovely citrus aroma, with juicy fruit flavours in the mouth. Medium bitterness.

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is light grass hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light citrus grass yeast hop palate and a touch of pepper spice. Moderate to light bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Cafe Sara. Very pale yellow. Intense citrus, almost in the detergent league. The beer is very light, does not have the body to really cope with the hops.

Pretty dang enjoyable beer here. Quite pale, straw coloured, sort of looks like a pretty version of an American Macro Lager. The smell is very citrusy, light notes of honey, hay and cereal. The taste is fairly bitter and is a nice, clean citrus but fairly one dimensional. Sessioning this beer would be no problem. I would prefer the texture to be a bit thicker but overall this is a tight beer for chill times.

33cl bottle in London. It pours a clear straw color with a medium white bubbly head that tends to dissipate quickly. Aroma is clean fresh hops, grassy and fruity with some mint and peaches. Taste is sweet and bitter with light grains, freshly cut grass, daisies and mango. Light body and refreshing with good carbonation. Overall, more than decent but lacks some character vs other UK hoppy pales.

33 cl bottle from a Selver in Tallinn (Ä 2,89). Pours a very hazy, pale golden with a small, off-white head and some lacing. Nose is a display of Citra, itís succulent, citrusy, fresh and warming, but... terribly weak - and I mean all the times Iíve had this... Taste is better with considerable bitterness and some sweetness to balance it, itís citrusy and fruity, fresh and juicy. Body and carbonation medium, palate and finish somewhat dry. Itís very much ok - save the nose - but I definitely prefer Buxtonís Moor Top to this.

Draught @ Lortica, Bologna. Clear yellow beer with a thick white head. A strongly hopped, fuity golden ale with a quite light body. Very refreshing and enjoyable!
