A light, refreshing, hoppy pale ale. A showcase for the incredibly aromatic North American hop – Citra. It has a lovely citrus aroma, with juicy fruit flavours in the mouth. Medium bitterness.

Tap@Man in the Moon. Grumlad bärnstensfärgad vätska med två fingrar högt skum. Blommig, gräsig doft. Neutral beska med medelfyllig munkänsla.

On tap at Buxton Tap House, pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Nose is on the fruitier side, with floral notes and almost a Belgian-esque yeast component. Flavour is lighter, with floral notes, light fruitiness, and a dry, astringent hoppy finish. Well-balanced, but I prefer the Moor Top. Very nice.

12oz bottle into an English pint. Pours a clear golden with a sparse white peripheral head. Big time floral hops and citrus on the nose, with a more muted variety flavour-wise. Light bodied, easy drinking. Light bitter finish. Probably will be a good balcony session ale.

equilibrata, discretamente luppolata, leggermente citrica, una birra onesta che lascia soddisfatti ma non stupisce, non rimane impressa nella memoria
