Bottle from Ales & Lagers at PP. Hazy orange iron pour with thin white head. Aroma is really nice fruity hops and some sweet malt. Taste is more piercingly bitter than fruity - nice and resinous. some booziness on the finish. Would definitely get again - solid DIPA.

Bottle from Oddbins Beer Shop, Blackheath. Fruit laden nose of mango, pineapple, papaya, sacks of exotic/tropical fruit in there. Good bittersweet fruit balance in the flavour. Bitter fruit finish. Good stuff.

Bottle from Rehills of Jesmond. Pours amber with a nice frothy off white head. Sweet juicy aroma of pineapple and peach, slightly floral. The taste is pleasantly sweet and fruity to begin with, with more of that floral peach before a big bitter pine finish. There’s a touch of aniseed too. Fairly flat carbonation with a good body giving it a slightly oily mouthfeel. Not obvious alcohol. Another very good beer from Buxton.

Tap. Very murky dark orange with a thin but creamy light tan head. Way too much caramel in both the aroma and flavor for my tastes; mineral and grassy hoppiness with some fruity sweetness in the middle, and a dryish herbal finish. Medium to dense body that’s sticky. I like Buxton, but this was a miss for me.

Pours a hazy orange, with a thick white foam head. Really intense hops and pine aroma, from this super fresh bottle, delivered straight from the brewery . Beautifully balanced hop and malt flavour, with a drying bitter hop finish. Better than most DIPA from the U.S.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate to full malty and sweetish aroma with some caramel and tropical fruitiness, some grapefruit hoppyness. Body is medium to full, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel and tropical fruitiness, some grapefruit - light citrus hoppyness, light alcohol. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish - sweetish, light - some caramel and light tropical fruitiness, some grapefruit - citrus hoppyness, light - some alcohol. Caramel sweetish DIPA - could use more bitterness. Too much alcohol in the finish considering the body.
