Lots of lemon peel astringency here. Very bitter. Pours clear golden. Some menthol type hint. Doesn’t have the best balance. Tap at pizza paradiso gtownwueïe

330ml bottle. Pours a clear gold/very light amber with a huge head. You have to chew your way through the head. Aroma is pine, resin, lemon and fresh hops. Taste is bitter, fresh hops. Dry finish.

Bottle. Deep golden, large tanned cream. Pleasant big hop nose which turns a little bit too resinny and clingy on the palate. Amazingly rich head, could eat it with a spoon. Relatively light sugary body, heavy tilt towards the hops, too much in my opinion. Orangepeel and pine retronasal.

Opaque amber, strong white head. Grainy, citrusy aroma. Intensely bitter, medium bodied, some caramel notes. Finishes bitter, warming and decent.

Bottle. Teku glass. Light amber with big, white, semi-densed head. Medium head retention, medium lacing. The strong piney, resinous and tropical fruits (passion fruit, papaya) aroma. Little alcohol on the nose. The taste is medium to high bitter. Again piney, resing and nice passion fruit flavours. Medium body, medium carbonation, sticky texture, finish is bitter and dry. In general well done DIPA with balanced hoppy and malty character, good drinkability.

Aromat cytrusów i świeżego chmielu. Barwa jasnozłota, klarowne. Piana drobna, obfita. W smaku mocno cytrusowe, fajnie goryczkowe. Dobrze schowany alko.

(Buxton Special Reserve V Wyoming Sheep Ranch) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a tulip, ABV 8.4% Golden orange colour on the body, tall and thick slightly off-white head sitting on top, with a very good retention, leaving medium lacing aroun the glass. Aroma has hops, pine, resin, fruity notes too. Taste also of pine, resin, caramel malts, quite bitter from the beginning while it builds up its bitterness on the aftertaste. Quite an alcohol burn. Medium body with good carbonation, nicely dry on the palate. Very good, albeit boozy at moments.
