Draught at Jerntorgets Brygghus, Göteborg, on May 7, 2013.
Cloudy yellow color, fluffy white head. Hoppy, citrus, cheese scent. Hoppy, bitter, resin, alcohol taste. Warming alcohol. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.
OK, but nothing I’ll crave more for much.

Bottle, BBE 28/05/15, batch #97. Pours a yellowy orange with a stylish, decent-sized, lightly yellowish-brown head. Aroma is a lot of hoppiness, green and fresh from the mouth of the bottle. NZ hops from the glass: Passionfruit, guava, papaya. Taste is a lot of hoppiness; the same passionfruit, guava and papaya. Some pine, light caramel. Quite dry, but very fruity. Superbly drinkable even with such a high ABV. Medium with medium carbonation.

Buonissima!

Bottle from Mane Liquor. A great balance between resinous and sticky hops and sticky tropical fruits, plenty of apricot. Fruit focus but with toffee-like sweetness. Nice drop

Bottle from Great Grog. Pours a light amber (lighter than i normally expect from a double IPA) Aroma is full with piney hops and candied orange. Sweet malt comes through but the hops are dominant (as one might expect!). Some alcohol burn on the nose also. Little too much fizz for me. Medium bodied. Taste has more alcohol. Plenty hoppy bitterness that goes on and on. Getting a weird cabbagey, vegetal thing that i’m not digging much at all. Prefer the aroma to the taste. I Like Burton.... not liking this effort much though
