leaparsons (8019) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - APR 19, 2014
Bottle. Near black with a beige head. Aromas are earthy peat with dark berries and chocolate. Floral with yeast and molasses. Roasted coffee with some bonfire notes. Flavours are gritty, bitter coffee with earthy notes and underlying toffee. Dark chocolate bitterness with spritzy yeast and an oily palate. Some soy and woody notes. Warming not overly aggressive alcohol. Very good.

martjoobolut (634) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - APR 18, 2014
0,33L bottle, BB 03.10.2014. Pours pitch black with brown head. Aroma is coffee, roast, and alcohol. Taste is intense roast, licorice, coffee, alcohol, dark chocolate, and caramel. Finish is dry coffee bitter with some very mild sourness in the background. Overall: very good beer, but alcohol is a little bit too obvious (some imperial stouts have ABV 10+ and feel less boozy than this one); also I like more sweetness in my stouts.

fajry (500) - SLOVAK REPUBLIC - APR 5, 2014
Flaska. Extremne cierna farba, olejova hneda pena, ktora hned opadne. Sladka vona, teple kakao, karamel a cokolada. V chuti na zaciatku prazene slady, horka cokolada. Neskor doznieva jemne mlieko a zlahka alkohol. Velmi prijemne pivo.

thirstyrabbit (1095) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 29, 2014
Bottle. Dark body, tall tan head. Roasty aroma with coffee, mild dark chocolate, roasted nuts. Rich oily mouthfeel. Taste has coffee and cocoa - the basic stuff. Finish is more roasty than hoppy. Too sleek for its own good: it does everything right but lacks a fun and memorable character.

Marduk (2637) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 25, 2014
330ml bottle. Pitch black color. Small size, brown head, stays. Sweet, caramel, roast, chocolate in aroma. Roast and chocolate dominate the taste. Nice dry mouthfeel. Invites to take another sip. Very very drinkable.

UPDATED: APR 15, 2014 330ml bottle (Drink Shop, Tallinn) (7:5:7:4:14=3.7)
Black as your hat, really dark tan head. Lovely rich dark roast aroma. All the same in the taste but amplified - massively burnt, but gooooood. Ashiness surprisingly well restrained given how burnt it is. Finish so dry, but the richness is so inviting you welcome the dryness.

This so reminds me of Koff porter from 10-20 years ago, before they made it lame. On top of that it has a tingly bitter hop bite too. Superb beer, worth a bit of a point upgrade.
